My name is Kevin Kirkby and I am the owner of DCS Home Inspections LLC. I am a State of Ohio Licensed Home Inspector as well as a Certified Home Inspector. More than 30 years ago I started work for a company doing insurance repair and restoration of residential properties. Since that time I have worked not only in repairing properties but in remodeling and new construction. In 2001, I started in business as a general contractor to provide quality workmanship to my clients. As a general contractor, I was often called upon to investigate and diagnose a problem before making critical repairs. My experience allows me to see and understand construction practices and products and know when something is not quite right. I will provide you with a thorough, detailed inspection report.
